Initial consult - 60 mins

Your first consult is all about getting to know you. We’ll chat about your health goals, medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and anything else that might be influencing your relationship with food. This session is collaborative and judgement-free - I’m here to listen, support, and start building a personalised plan that works for your life. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your next steps and what ongoing support could look like.

Review consult - 40 mins

$150

In your review consult, we’ll check in on your progress, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and adjust your plan to better suit your needs. It’s a chance to troubleshoot challenges, celebrate wins - big or small - and continue building sustainable habits at your pace. Ongoing support is flexible and guided by you.

This shorter session is ideal for a quick check-in or focused support. We’ll touch base on how you’re going, address any immediate questions or challenges, and make small adjustments to keep you on track. It’s perfect for a motivation boost, accountability, or refining one specific area of your plan.

Rebates & Funding Options

Medicare
 If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) (formerly known as an EPC) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $60.35 per session.

  • CDM: Up to 5 sessions per calendar year

  • EDP: Up to 20 sessions per calendar year, if eligible

Please note that rebates are not bulk billed - full payment is required prior to the consult, and the rebate can be claimed back from Medicare.

Private Health Insurance
 If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on dietetic services. Coverage varies, so please contact your provider to confirm your entitlements.

NDIS
 If you are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS, you can use your funding to access dietetic services. I provide invoices suitable for reimbursement (self-managed) or can invoice directly to your plan manager.

DVA
 I am able to see eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients with a valid referral from your GP (D904 form). Please ensure your referral is current before your appointment.
