Hiya! I’m Alexandra (she/her), but you can call me Alex :) - a Dietitian and Nutritionist here to help you make food choices that feel fulfilling, enjoyable, and most importantly, sustainable.

Recently diagnosed with ADHD myself, I understand firsthand the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals face when it comes to food and routine. I'm passionate about helping others navigate those challenges and break down the barriers that get in the way of feeling our best - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My approach to nutrition is weight-inclusive, grounded in Health at Every Size®, and informed by neuro-affirming and trauma-aware care. I believe how you feel matters more than the number on a scale - and that health is so much more than aesthetics.

Alongside my work in mental health and general wellbeing, I also have a keen interest in rehab and performance nutrition, especially in the context of combat sports, and currently help out with the Williamstown VFL team.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me chasing around my fur-baby Peach, baking focaccia, exploring local markets, or deep into my latest hyper-fixation.
